1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliwild ("jiliwild," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiliwild.club. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jiliwild platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jiliwild platform and close your account. jiliwild reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. jiliwild operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities conducted on the jiliwild platform are subject to Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with jiliwild, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations. jiliwild does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiliwild complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiliwild, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from jiliwild or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

jiliwild reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account with jiliwild. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. jiliwild is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliwild login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliwild will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your jiliwild account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. jiliwild will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost due to unauthorized access caused by your own negligence.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the jiliwild platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliwild supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your jiliwild account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jiliwild is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the jiliwild banking section. jiliwild reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to jiliwild's anti-money laundering procedures.

Anti-Money Laundering: jiliwild is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. jiliwild complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. jiliwild may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

jiliwild does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must belong to the account holder. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be returned and the account may be suspended.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jiliwild offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jiliwild platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats that comply with PAGCOR standards for fairness and integrity. The rules for each game are available within the game interface and must be read before play.

jiliwild reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that compromises the integrity of the game. In such cases, jiliwild will endeavor to restore the affected account to its pre-game state.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the decision of jiliwild's technical team, based on server-side records, shall be final and binding. jiliwild's server records constitute the definitive record of all transactions and game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliwild platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder money or use jiliwild for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your jiliwild account.

8. Responsible Gaming

All content on the jiliwild platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of jiliwild or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jiliwild platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jiliwild platform without the prior written consent of jiliwild.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliwild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliwild platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jiliwild has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiliwild's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliwild account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliwild does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jiliwild is not liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device due to your use of the platform.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jiliwild collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiliwild platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliwild implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and jiliwild cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

12. Amendments, Governing Law, and Termination

jiliwild reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of jiliwild following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to jiliwild's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

jiliwild reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jiliwild reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any funds remaining in your account will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to jiliwild, subject to verification requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jiliwild to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
